Germany is rolling out electronic prescriptions nationwide, and their use is mandatory. Redcare Pharmacy is positioned to benefit. The shift is expected to change consumer behavior over the long term and to support profitability through what the article calls a "lock-in effect" and economies of scale. Analysts note that the stock trades at valuations that price in ambitious growth.
In Berlin, the Left Party won an election, and its lead candidate, Elif Eralp, has threatened the socialization of large housing companies. Vonovia, Europe's largest residential real estate group, holds approximately 130,000 apartments in the city.
Vonovia's adjusted EBITDA rose 2.4% in the first half of the year to EUR 1.46 billion. Its operating free cash flow fell 45.4% to EUR 607.5 million over the same period. The share price is struggling to hold the EUR 17.00 mark. The company's full-year adjusted EBITDA forecast is EUR 2.95 billion to EUR 3.05 billion.
Strategic Resources has a different story. Its vanadium-rich magnetite concentrate was selected in June for the FutSteel research project in Finland, which has a budget of EUR 17 million. The article says the company is positioned for the "green steel revolution."
The company is also developing the BlackRock project in Quebec, planned to produce 4 million metric tonnes per year of high-purity iron ore pellets over a mine life of 39 years. The stock trades around CAD 0.235. Analysts note that a technical breakout above CAD 0.31 could take the price toward CAD 0.40 or higher.
