Honest Greens, a restaurant chain founded in Barcelona in 2017, is preparing to open its first location in Málaga, on Tomás Heredia street in the Soho neighborhood at the corner with Barroso street. The company has not announced a specific opening date.
The chain was started by entrepreneurs Christopher, Rasmus, and Ben, who built it around a "Real Food" philosophy emphasizing fresh ingredients, responsible sourcing, and no preservatives. Its menu centers on Mediterranean-inspired dishes, including Garden Bowls and Market Plates, with vegetarian, plant-based, and animal protein options served quickly.
Honest Greens already operates restaurants in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, and Alicante, along with locations in Portugal, the United Kingdom, and France. The Málaga location would be its first in the city and extend its presence further along Spain's southern coast.
